About Me

I learned to be a Professional Caregiver Coach when I understood that I am a Caregiver. About a year ago, my mother was 96 years old and had a paid Caregiver, but there were many things we, as her family, had to take care of. In the last few years, my partner has been undergoing a slow process of losing part of her capabilities as a consequence of a rare degenerative illness, APBD. I was thrown into this job without any preparation. Today, I hope nobody goes into Caregiving without someone to accompany, talk to, as well as a guide, and prepare for the future.

I am also a Master Coach MCIL, a credited Coach’s Supervisor, and a professional ADHD Coach and Supervisor. I love using different techniques from coaching, psychology, focusing, and gestalt in my sessions to help you use emotions, knowledge, and feelings to analyze situations.

I also speak Portuguese, French, and Spanish.
