About Me

For 35 years I’ve been studying and working in healthcare. I always worked behind the scenes, especially in my 11 years of senior management. I’ve supported others to make a difference for caregivers, patients, and their loved ones.

In 2012 I became an MMS-trained transformational coach and ICF certified since 2017, currently, I am at PCC level. in addition to that, I specialize in professional medical coaching. All of this prepared me for starting my own company and committing my time to make a direct difference to people giving and/or receiving care.

Being ill can be overwhelming, taking care of a loved one who is ill can feel equally overwhelming, living chronically under such stress takes a heavy toll.

Most of my coaches are caregivers to loved ones. Through coaching, I support them to reduce stress, regain energy, find fun again, and ultimately take back control over their own lives.

I work both online and face-to-face.
