About Me

During my career, I gained experience working for 30 years mostly in a demanding, competitive, multicultural and Interdisciplinary “Health” environment.
What I learned “for sure” is that change is an inevitable rule of life.
The way we cope with the change and create our own unique path makes the difference.
I founded OMpath which aims through coaching, training and consulting programs in supporting Corporate employees and teams, Healthcare Professionals and Business owners to navigate themselves through challenges that accompany unexpected change.
Medical Coaching enabled me to offer a new approach to my corporate clients and especially to those who are coping with a medical challenge, at a personal or at a family level. Through the coaching process, I support my client’s sustainable behavioral change, creating clarity on their vision, strengthening their adherence skills, building a self-care plan and ultimately improving their work-life balance
