About Me

I started working as a coach to support people in career transition and the development of leaders, considering my experience in the corporate environment.

I chose my training as Professional Medical Coaching to focus on people who will be submitted to bariatric surgery. Due to personal experience, once I believe that the success of this process depends on the preparation for life after surgery. During my training, I was experiencing a health crisis with psoriasis due to stress. The Medical Coaching concepts helped me to review my lifestyle and reconnect with myself.

I implemented the medical coaching process in the corporate environment for employees with chronic illness in my previous work. After that, I decided to do my career transition to be dedicated to working as a coach supporting people who seek a better quality of life, whether through a health crisis or life transition

In addition to my certification as a Professional Medical Coaching and Professional Caregiver Coach, I did my training as a Magistrate coach by Pro-fit Training and Coaching and I am certificated as a Group and Team coaching by Potentials Realized. I am a Psychologist with an MBA in Human Resources with experience in the corporate environment focused on people development.
