About Me

Experienced in executive coaching, development programs, career guidance,  and post-career preparation at companies such as FTR-Leadership Development, Career Center and Kienbaum Consultores in Brazil and Germany.

After many years focused on the corporate and executive realm, moved by a serious health problem in the family, I joined the Medical Coaching training, which was fundamental to deal with issues involving chronic fatigue and grief.
Motivated, I trained in Medical Coaching with the goal of rescuing hope and resilience in people who are either experiencing health crises or acting as caregivers.

Besides my credential as a Professional Medical Coach by MCI, I am a trained coach in executive and life coaching by ICI – Integrated Coaching Institute, both courses accredited by ICF – International Coach Federation.
I also worked as a professor of management by competencies and leadership at ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing.
