About Me

Being a mother of three people with special needs for over 25 years, working with people with ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder), and meeting their parents regularly enables me to understand you and your reality. 

Along with the challenge of caregiving, we can navigate through life being happy, joyful, and influential individuals.

In our coaching journey, we will explore thoughts, feelings, and beliefs and acquire practical tools to be the best we can be for ourselves and our loved ones.

I come with love, empathy, and compassion.
