About Me

Over the last 40 years, I have been committed to developing my expertise in the areas of health, aging, and wellness. My path as an Occupational Therapist, Life Coach and Mentor was born out of a life-threatening illness during my adolescence.  Now as a Medical Coach, my goal is to help individuals and their loved ones affected by illness view medical challenge as an opportunity for growth. I relish helping others “illuminate a path forward after diagnosis” to realize their vision during illness or medical crisis. I am inspired by people who are brave enough to see “beauty” in adversity, and vulnerable enough to let their imperfections be witnessed.
