With an unwavering Curiosity for delving into the depths of human nature, motivations, and relationships, I’ve crafted my career around nurturing these aspects. From a rich background in science and literature to extensive communication, counseling, and coaching studies, my journey has been dedicated to establishing profound links and enriching lives.

Since 1995, I’ve spearheaded education, training, integration, and health projects. My hands-on experience as a French teacher and Director of the Cancer Foundation has honed my skills.

Trained in coaching since 2011, I now specialize in guiding individuals through transitions toward serenity and fulfillment aligned with their values.

Caregiver coaching holds a special place in my heart. Having gone through cancer myself in my early thirties and cared for aging parents grappling with dependency and dementia, I intimately understand the challenges caregivers are facing. Offering compassionate guidance, drawing from my personal and professional journey, is both a mission and a fulfillment.
