About Me

In 2008 I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. At the time, I was a young lawyer, with a promising career and working at a big-shot firm. The news was a shock and turned my life upside down.

At some point, I realized that I needed to change. So, I changed my diet, abandoned old habits, reassessed goals, changed my career…

At first, I became a Life Coach. Afterward, I got a degree in Health and Wellness Coaching.

I was introduced to the Medical Coaching methodology in 2016 and I fell in love. I’ve always believed that every human being has the necessary tools to find the best alternative to his life. What happens is that sometimes we have a hard time finding it.

In 2018, I became a PMC and currently, I work as a Medical Coach fulltime, helping patients e caregivers find their answers and get back their truths.
