Passionate about the study and application of innovative approaches for individual and organizational well-being and motivated by serving people to be their best, Chiara has a sociological background and more than 30 years of experience as Senior Organizational Consultant, People Development & Learning Manager, Development Assessor, Corporate Counselor, Organizational Behavior Trainer, Executive and Team Coach, Business Agility Coach & Trainer.

Chiara is a Professional Certified Coach by ICF, a Professional Certified Gestalt Counselor, a Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming, ICAgile Instructor.

She lives in Florence (Italy) and works in person and online.
